The Challenge
Revenue data lived across Stripe and spreadsheets, so reporting was manual, slow, and easy to get wrong. Each customer account also needed its data kept strictly separate.
Our Approach
- Model a multi-tenant schema on Supabase with row-level security so tenants can never see each other’s data.
- Sync Stripe events through webhooks into a normalized database for fast, reliable queries.
- Surface the numbers in a Next.js dashboard with real-time updates instead of nightly exports.
What We Built
We shipped a full-stack SaaS dashboard: Stripe billing and events synced into a Supabase backend with row-level security, multi-tenant authentication, and a real-time analytics UI on Next.js deployed to Vercel with CI/CD.

- Manual reporting is replaced by a live dashboard tenants can self-serve.
- Row-level security enforces strict data isolation between accounts.
